Veggie Hummus Wraps

INGREDIENTS:
1 (10 inch) flour tortilla or sandwich wrap
6 TBSP hummus
2 large lettuce leaves
2 slices of tomato, sliced in half to make 4 half moons
6 slices cucumber
1 slice red onion, separated into individual rings
1 medium carrot, shredded
1/3 C alfalfa sprouts
DIRECTIONS:
Lay tortilla on a flat surface. Spread hummus over tortilla, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edge.

Lay the lettuce leaves in the center of the tortilla. Top with tomato slices, cucumber slices, onion, carrot, and alfalfa sprouts.
Fold side of tortilla closest to you over the veggies and roll the sandwich up tightly. Slice in half crosswise and serve.
